PROBLEM: Management wanted a dashboard view of all sales data with ROI and scoring for sales teams.
SOLUTION: Set up tab for marketing data to track estimate to sales results by team and reviews. Set up data tab for sales spend data by source. Pulled all of the results into a large dashboard with scoring statistics up top and detailed leads data at the bottom.
FEATURES: Color coding and highlights for levels of scores and important statistics. Dropdown selections to compare different teams results.
