PROJECT DETAILS

PROBLEM: Drivers need to be assigned to each location for both day and night shifts. Locations can change daily. Need to avoid double-booking drivers for shifts and make sure unavailable drivers are not put on the schedule.

SOLUTION: Conditional formatting identifies drivers as they are assigned to indicate not available, duplicate, or special assignments so changes can be made.

FEATURES: Shift report by driver name and date range. Location report by location and date. Availability list. Reminders list. Scheduled days off assignments and Unavailibity log which indicate on the scheduler.
