PROBLEM: Implemented a new system for coaches based on referrals. Commission payments go to the coach based on their services and those of the coaches they referred.

SOLUTION: Track payments made by clients per coach. Calculate the payments for coaches with or without referrals.

FEATURES: Ability to update commission structure easily. Monthly commission report for output to invoicing.
